Jennifer McNeill » President and CEO
Jennifer McNeill is Chief Executive Officer. She manages the company's strategic direction and drives the company’s dynamic growth. Ms. McNeill utilizes her expertise in the Information Technology industry, which includes an emphasis on software conversions, business management, and project planning. She recently led the company to be named in Profit Magazine’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies for 2005.
Ms. McNeill has built a solid reputation as an Information Technology expert through her speaking engagements for audiences globally. She speaks to user groups, technology tradeshows, and provides insight to numerous industry publications. She also lectures regularly at the University of Calgary’s Executive MBA Program. Ms. McNeill is currently writing a book entitled "Delivering IT Projects On-Time and Within Budget".
Ms. McNeill actively provides direction to a number of corporate boards. She was nominated in 1997 by the YMCA as Woman of the Year in Calgary, was nominated in 2000 and 2004 as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, and was named one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women for 2005. Jennifer was nominated in 2006 for the RBC Canadian Entrepreneur Award.
With over 30 years of business, technology and strategy consulting experience, she has worked to pioneer new methods to enhance workplace productivity via technology change.

Brian McNeill » Chief Operating Officer
Brian McNeill is a seasoned executive with proven expertise in information technology, programming, development, and systems management. Mr. McNeill has significant product development experience, and has authored hundreds of thousands of lines of code, with much of the commercial grade software that he personally authored still in use today.
His computer proficiency includes many platforms, networks, communications systems, document management systems, Internet and eCommerce. Mr. McNeill has over 30 years experience owning and operating large software development organizations.
Lorraine Ruddy » VP of Client Services
Ms Ruddy has over 20 years of experience in the computer software development arena, and has worked with clients across North America, most recently in Operations Management and Project Management roles. She has managed conversion and development projects for both government agencies and the private sector, and been responsible for the creation of various Client Help Desks and Services teams. Ms Ruddy holds an associate degree in Computer Science, as well as various Microsoft certifications.
Khalid Baig » Client Support Manager
Khalid Baig has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry. He has managed IT project life cycles including planning, designing, customer support, testing, and operations. Khalid has managed programmers and projects of varying sizes, and has worked with mainframes to mini-computers to open systems.
Mr. Baig's technical expertise and knowledge of software spans across multiple databases (Oracle, MS-SQL Server, DB2), developer tools (Visual Basic, FoxPro, Oracle Developer 2000, PowerBuilder), programming languages (C, C++, Java, COBOL, FoxPro, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, HTML, Oracle JDeveloper), Application/Web Servers (WebLogic, Oracle 9ias, Apache, Tomcat, Voyager, Orion and WebSphere) and Operating Systems (Unix, Windows 2000).
George Berlak » Senior Manager, Program Development
George Berlak has extensive experience in software product design, development, deployment, maintenance, and life cycle management using leading edge object oriented software engineering technologies.
Mr. Berlak's qualifications include: Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD), Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (CX-310-051), IBM Certified e-Business Professional (Solution Designer), IBM Certified Database Associate, M.Sc. in Information Technology, broad knowledge of the Java API, including but not limited to JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, J2EE as well as strong knowledge of design patterns, software development best practices and refactoring methodologies.
