CipherSoft Inc. to Showcase Java Visual Editor at IOUG 2007

CipherSoft Inc., a global leader in conversion tools and services, will be showcasing the Exodus-VE product at IOUG April 16-19th, 2007. Exodus-VE is the CipherSoft’s newest release of its family of tools. This product, an add-on to the Exodus migration product, will assist clients with editing their converted Java applications in a fast and efficient manner. The Exodus product migrates Oracle® legacy applications to Java generating 100% J2EE compliant applications. By using the Visual Editor provided by CipherSoft, clients can immediately start maintaining and enhancing their converted Java applications.

Exodus is an innovative conversion product that automates the migration of Oracle legacy applications to Java (J2EE) either to a Java Plug-in or to a JSF environment. All of the original Oracle applications are converted, including Oracle Menus, Libraries, Triggers and all semantic content. By streamlining the process of conversion, Exodus significantly reduces the costs associated with manually converting legacy software. The converted application maintains its original look-and-feel and is fully maintainable and portable, providing fast deployment with very little impact on business operations. By utilizing the Exodus product, companies can quickly and efficiently migrate their Oracle Forms applications to Java to take advantage of its extensive capabilities for enterprise applications.
