CipherSoft Inc. and Boden Inc. Form Global Alliance Partnership

CipherSoft Inc., a global leader in software conversion tools and services based in Calgary, Alberta, and Boden Inc. a New Jersey-based software development and IT solutions provider, recently announced the signing of an Alliance Partnership agreement. Boden joined CipherSoft’s extensive Partner Program in February 2007 and will market, sell, and provide migration services for CipherSoft’s Exodus migration tool in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Exodus™, CipherSoft’s flagship product, is an innovative conversion tool that automates the migration of Oracle Forms and PL/SQL to Java, including Oracle Menus, Libraries, Triggers and all semantic content. By streamlining the process of conversion, Exodus significantly reduces the costs associated with manually converting legacy software. The converted application maintains its original look-and-feel, is fully maintainable and portable, providing flexible deployment and database independence with very little impact on business operations.
